The purpose of Snewpi.com is to create "TinyURL" type links to sites which are "Specified as NON Endorsed Websites, Parties, or Ideologies".
"NON Endorsed" by who?
Answer: The Celebrate Capitalism™ campaign and several other PRODOS Institute project which have a "NO endorsements" policy.
How is this done?
A SNEWPI link (eg. snewpi.com/mnZ8 ) does not take you directly to the destination website. Instead it takes you the destination website via 3 "link buffers".

Link buffer 1 is a general disclaimer which spells out the NON endorsement policy.

Link buffer 2 specifies the purpose or value of the destination site.

Link buffer 3 specifies the ways in which the destination website departs from Celebrate Capitalism™ positions and policies.
At each of these link buffers, registered users such as Project Leaders are able to add their own comments if they wish.
